Karie is survived 2 sons, Jeremy and Dillon; Mother, Beverly Smith; brother, Micky Smith; 2 sisters, Sherry Gough, Kathy (Floyd) Montgomery; numerous extended relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her father Billy R. Smith in 1975. Funeral Service to be held 12 Noon Monday, 3/26/2007 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St SW, Lakewood. Viewing will be from 11-12.
