Obituary of Diane Marie Guthrie

Diane Marie Guthrie passed away on October 20, 2021, just shy of her 62nd birthday. Born in Tacoma, Diane graduated from Curtis High School, and went on to receive a BA from Washington State University. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and worked for more than 30 years as a caregiver for Catholic Community Services. She was beloved by her clients, and worked tirelessly for the welfare of animals. She loved art, movies, baking and sports. Her life was too short, and she will be greatly missed. 

She is survived by her siblings Charles William Jr. and Susan, her niece Katrina, and her cousin Calvin Edward III. She was pre-deceased by her parents Charles William (Bill) and Marjorie Lisle (Marge) Guthrie, and her brother Matthew Brian. According to her wishes, there will be no formal service.
